Matthew is one of the directors at Sweet and Savoury (North East) and when not in the office, he can usually be found on our bagging line making sure our tasty popcorn is perfectly packaged.
Away from the world of popcorn he is a talented racing driver. He has won the U18 World Karting Championship in 2011, the 2013 BRDC Formula 4 winter series and he is the current GT4 lap record holder at the formidable Spa Francorchamps racetrack in Belgium.
